Level 5 – J. The 12 phases on this level

The mature personality
Organisational development

Mature personality
At this stage of individual development, we gain mastery over complex processes and embody twelve aspects of a more mature personality. This evolved personality possesses the ability to contextualise personal development within the framework of multiple generations and their cultural contexts, encompassing both past and future generations.

Organisational development
On an institutional level, we can delineate twelve phases of organisational development, often exemplified by the growth trajectory of a startup company. However, in more intricate organisations, identifying sequential phases becomes increasingly challenging. Hence, it becomes beneficial to examine six fundamental tension fields among the twelve organisational areas. This exploration involves delving into complex dynamic systems such as cybernetics, game theory, language development, fractals, swarms, and more. Systems thinking, applicable to both organisations and larger family structures, reveals the necessity of these tension fields in elevating human endeavours to higher levels, hence termed as creative tension fields.

In Bitcoin-Leadership this faculty allows us to oversee organisational and political development, facilitating the recognition of different phases and value systems. Moreover, it grants access to our generational themes and specialties. Achieving this level of complexity does not necessarily require reaching the age bracket of 48 to 60, although experience may be advantageous. Young individuals like Dylan Leclair or Jack Mallers demonstrate the attainment of this level at a young age, albeit they may still lack maturity in other domains such as family life or community building.
