Level 5 – A. Biographical principles
Mental, moral, emotional and intellectual maturity
Stakeholder awareness
Age period: 48 to 60 years.
In professional life, we acquire the skills to oversee and manage large organisations and sectors. We develop seniority and stature, allowing us to consider the interests of multiple stakeholders and cultures. As retirement approaches, we reflect on our remaining ambitions and contemplate our last significant projects.
In personal life, the departure of our children from home or the impending loss of our parents fosters multigenerational awareness. Our partnership evolves into what feels like a fourth marriage, marked by increased transparency regarding our individual journeys and evolving needs. Despite familiarity, our partner continues to surprise us with their complexity, and shifting hormone levels may bring about a deeper tenderness in our intimate connections. With death drawing nearer, we begin to contemplate our journey into old age.
In Bitcoin-Leadership this level is reached after dedicating thousands of hours to studying macroeconomics, politics, history, literature, and science. While considering oneself an expert, there remains a perpetual commitment to learning. Age is not a prerequisite for attaining this level; notable examples of younger individuals who have reached this level of complexity include Dylan Leclair and Jack Mallers.
