The time span to be considered in a professional sense is the medium term: one to five years. In private life, the focus is already turned to the future of the next generation. The encompassable social unit consists of one’s own relationship, family, neighborhood, or wider community. In a professional sense, this level involves teams, regional cooperation, or chains of cooperation.

Fixation
One manifestation of fixation at the level of Relationality is that we may have developed insufficient systemic awareness, resulting in relationships not being adequately considered within their context. This can lead to painful disappointments, such as discovering that apparent interest in us as a person was purely linked to the position we held. People may break their word, or the system may roll over us.

In Bitcoin-Leadership this represents the social mindset. After conducting due diligence in studying Bitcoin and securing our own foundation of sats, we expand our time horizon and social horizon. This entails investing in longer-duration projects like community building.
