Level 3 – J. The 12 phases on this level
Basic parental and relational skills
Competence development
The young adult’s 12-step journey encompasses five key aspects
- The maturation journey towards relative independence.
- Step-by-step development of skills and competencies in work or social life.
- Basic relational skills: The journey of experiencing the first adult love relationship, leading to a strengthening bond as mutual projections and expectations are corrected.
- Basic parenting skills: The potential developmental journey as a young parent or educator.
- Development of basic leadership skills, with parenting serving as a valuable preparation for this.
These aspects can be represented sequentially through 12 phases or spatially in a circle with six tension fields and six paradoxical reconciliations between opposing competencies.
In Bitcoin-Leadership this mirrors the journey of entering the world of Bitcoin and becoming a maximalist. These are the fundamental steps where convictions are tested, and basic skills are honed. Surviving these initial challenges allows individuals to progress to higher levels, where they can engage in community-building and sustain more complex relationships
